Terms & Conditions of Service

Effective Date: January 2026

By reserving or boarding a Get Cabs vehicle, passengers agree to the following terms and guidelines:

1. Billing & Toll Taxes

• Fares quoted for one-way drops are fixed base rates. Toll charges (Fastag), parking fees, and interstate permits (Kerala/Karnataka) are paid at actuals.
• Outstation round trips are billed on actual odometer readings with a minimum daily threshold of 250 KM per day.

2. Safety & Luggage Policy

• All passengers must comply with motor vehicle safety regulations including wearing seat belts.
• Luggage capacity is limited to standard boot space (Sedan: 3 medium bags, SUV: 4-5 bags).

3. Driver Batta & Working Hours

• Standard driver batta is ₹300 per calendar day (₹500 for hill station trips). Night driving allowances apply between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM on outstation tours.
